Powerfit has arrived at Ignite!

Powerfit and Powerfit kettle bells is becoming ever so popular with the Ignite members. After a good warm up, you will be challenged in a 40 minute workout to get through the exercise rounds as quickly as possible, safely and correctly. There are a set of given exercises followed by a very short run to get through as many times a possible. Your only challenge is to beat your previous rounds. This work out will easily burn 600-800 kcals per session and, due to the higher intensity of the training, that calorie burn could continue up to 32 hours after your training ends,
